Welcome to Social Media....?!

Well let me explain, although I have been using computers as much as everyone else (probably more than most) over the past fifteen years or so the idea of posting my life on one did not appeal to me, I prefer regular face to face human interaction and communication. I didn't like the Facebook/MySpace horror story's I had heard about and to be honest there are probably more people from my past I'd rather not find or be found by, most of the good people are still in my life or know where to find me if need be without a computer.
That being said..... what I have found of computers and the Internet over the years is that they are great tools for research, information and finding like minded people all over the world. Now when I say like minded people I mean people with the same interests as myself, I'm interested in what their doing that interests me and a little of who they are and what their about, not their every move, what they had for breakfast, what movie they saw last night or what time they left and how much traffic they hit on the way to work this morning etc.......
What appealed to me about Blogger is it's mostly just that, the majority of people post stuff that they know will interest others with the same mind set and stick to that with out jumping all over the place, their Blog's have a theme and they stick with it leaving out all the day to day crap everyone has to deal with and no one wants to hear about.
So without further ado I start my Blog, my theme/interest are motorcycles old and new and the travels and adventures I have experienced and hope too continue well into the future, I will be posting my scooters along with rides and meets I attend, updates on some of the projects I am currently working on old and new as well as archived material and cool stuff from the past thirty five years of riding, collecting and building....... if you like what you read and see let me know...and remember it's  ALWAYS BEST TO KEEP THE SHINY SIDE UP AND WATCH OUT FOR THE ASSHOLES!
